1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Guidni (guidni.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and partners.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use Guidni only for lawful purposes. You agree not to engage in fraudulent activity, submit false reviews or bookings, impersonate any person, or violate any applicable law. Guidni reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
3. Bookings and Reservations
When you make a booking on Guidni, you enter into a direct agreement with the partner providing the service. Guidni acts as an intermediary platform. Booking confirmations include a unique QR code. The cancellation policy shown on each listing governs refund eligibility.
4. Payments
Prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinar (TND) unless otherwise indicated. Payment is currently collected at the venue upon arrival. Online payment will be introduced in a future update. Guidni charges partners a commission on completed bookings.
5. Partner Obligations
Partners agree to provide accurate information, honor confirmed bookings, and maintain quality standards. Guidni reserves the right to remove listings that do not meet our standards or that receive sustained poor reviews.
6. Reviews and Content
Reviews must be based on genuine experiences. False or abusive reviews may be removed. By submitting content to Guidni, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use and display that content in connection with the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Guidni is a booking and discovery platform. We are not responsible for the quality or safety of services provided by partners. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a platform notice. Continued use of Guidni after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
